*The E Theater was created in March of 2008 by a group of students majoring in Philology and Languages. The E Theater has evolved as a foreign language learning-performing arts training laboratory. The ensemble aims to promote the practice and acquisition of the English language through a literary and cultural approach by means of performing literary classics belonging to English-speaking countries, Universal Literature, or their adaptation.  

 

Moreover, the group offers workshops to both develop artistic abilities in theater and strengthen the English language skills of participants. The members of the group are qualified professionals, college teachers, and teachers of some of the best bilingual institutions in the city. 

 

*El grupo de teatro The E Theater fue creado en marzo de 2008 por un grupo de estudiantes de Filología e Idiomas: Inglés. El grupo se ha configurado desde sus inicios como un laboratorio para el aprendizaje de lenguas extranjeras a través del entrenamiento en actuación y artes escénicas.   

 

El grupo busca  la promoción del aprendizaje del idioma inglés  a través de la representación de obras de teatro basadas en clásicos de la literatura inglesa y universal. Además de las obras y el material didáctico que las acompañan el grupo ofrece una variedad de talleres que buscan desarrollar competencias comunicativas en idioma inglés a través de la aplicación de diferentes técnicas teatrales.   Actualmente el grupo está conformado por diferentes  profesionales destacados en sus áreas, docentes             universitarios y de diferentes  instituciones bilingûes de la ciudad.
